A well-built Livermore wine tour is four to five hours with three or four wineries, one of them with food. We keep stops geographically sensible so you are not backtracking across town between tastings, and we hold time for the tasting room that always runs long. Airport transfers from Livermore

From Livermore, expect roughly 55–80 minutes to SFO, 40–55 minutes to Oakland, 45–65 minutes to San Jose Mineta and around 1 hour 45 minutes to Sacramento, all traffic dependent. We build the pickup time from real Bay Area conditions on your travel day. Arrivals are flight-tracked, and meet-and-greet inside the terminal is available for visiting clients or family who need a hand.

Livermore winery weddings usually pair a sedan for the couple with a shuttle loop for guests from Pleasanton and Dublin hotels. We coordinate directly with your planner on timing, staging and the final departure so nobody is stranded in a vineyard parking lot at 11 p.m.

SPAB bus, school field trip bus and charter bus for Livermore schools

Student trips are not ordinary charter work. In California, carrying students to a school-related activity in anything other than a yellow school bus generally requires a School Pupil Activity Bus (SPAB) driver certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol, with the vehicle inspected to match. Our drivers hold current SPAB certification, our buses carry current CHP safety inspections, and we operate under CPUC TCP 30133A with certificates of insurance available for a district vendor file.
