• Trip details: pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger counts.
• Correspondence you send us by phone, text, email or our quote form.
• Basic, non-identifying website analytics such as pages viewed.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, confirm reservations and dispatch your vehicle.
• To contact you about your trip, including chauffeur and pickup updates.
• To keep records required for licensed passenger carriers (CPUC TCP 30133A).

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the chauffeur or affiliate operator assigned to your trip, and with payment or software providers used to deliver the service.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your reservation. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts.

Retention and your choices

We keep reservation records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by calling or emailing us.
