Terms of Service

These terms apply to transportation arranged with True Elegance SF Bay Limo and Charter Bus, a licensed California passenger carrier operating under CPUC TCP 30133A.

Quotes and reservations

Quotes are based on the itinerary you provide and remain subject to vehicle availability until we confirm the reservation in writing. Changes to route, timing, duration or passenger count may change the price.

Payment

Larger vehicles and peak dates may require a deposit and a minimum number of hours. Additional time used beyond the booked hours is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate. Tolls, parking and airport fees are passed through when they apply.

Cancellations

Cancellation windows vary by vehicle class and date. Your written confirmation states the cancellation terms for your specific reservation. Call 925-401-7555 as early as possible if plans change.

Passenger conduct

• Seated capacity is a legal limit and cannot be exceeded.
• No smoking in any vehicle. Cleaning fees apply to damage or excessive mess.
• Alcohol only where legally permitted and never for passengers under 21.
• Chauffeurs may end a trip for unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Delays and liability

We track flights and plan buffers, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airline schedules or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle.
