One team for every wedding-day wheel

Tri-Valley weddings have a rhythm of their own: getting-ready suites on Johnson Drive, a ceremony at a Vineyard Avenue estate, photos in the vines, and a hundred guests who need to get back to the hotel block safely at midnight. We plan all of it as one timeline — the couple's car, the wedding party's limo and the guest shuttle loop — so a single dispatcher is watching every moving piece of your day.

Because we are based on Stoneridge Mall Drive, our chauffeurs know the load-in procedures, photo spots and parking realities at the region's venues — Casa Real, Ruby Hill, Wente, Murrieta's Well, The Club at Ruby Hill and the historic estates along Tesla Road. Every chauffeur is professionally trained, background checked and operating under CPUC authority (TCP 30133A).

Why choose us

What planners tell us matters

Wedding transportation fails quietly or succeeds quietly — we aim for the latter.

A padded, written timeline

Photo buffers, traffic margins and a staged end-of-night exit, agreed with your planner in advance.

Venue-fluent chauffeurs

Our drivers know the gates, turnarounds and load-in rules at the Tri-Valley's major wedding venues.

Guests get home safely

Scheduled shuttle loops mean nobody drives after the reception — and nobody waits an hour for a rideshare.

One quote, one contact

How the day usually runs

A typical Tri-Valley wedding booking starts with a sedan collecting the couple (or each partner separately) for the ceremony, a Sprinter moving the wedding party between prep location, ceremony and photo stops, and a shuttle bus running loops from the hotel block before the ceremony and after the reception. We write every move into a single timeline — with buffer for photos and traffic — and share it with your planner and venue coordinator so everyone works from the same clock.

The end-of-night exit

The most fragile moment of any wedding is midnight: a hundred guests leaving at once, in an area where rideshares thin out. Our staged departure puts shuttles at the door as the send-off ends, and the couple's car leaves last — or first, if you prefer a private exit. Your planner gets a confirmation when the final loop is complete.

Rehearsals, showers and more

The wedding day is rarely the only event. We also drive rehearsal dinners on Main Street Pleasanton or First Street Livermore, bachelor and bachelorette outings (including Livermore Valley wine tours), and airport pickups for out-of-town family — all on the same account, so the whole wedding weekend has one point of contact.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?

For peak season Saturdays (May–October), three to six months is sensible, and the most popular dates go earlier. Off-season and Friday or Sunday weddings have more flexibility. Your date is reserved exclusively once the booking is confirmed.

Can you shuttle guests between hotels and the venue?

Yes — guest shuttle loops are one of our most-requested wedding services. We run scheduled trips between Tri-Valley hotels (Johnson Drive in Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore) and venues such as Casa Real, Ruby Hill and Wente, including a staged end-of-night departure so nobody is left waiting.

What vehicles work best for a wedding party?

A sedan or SUV covers the couple and family, Sprinter limos seat wedding parties of 10–14, and shuttle buses or a 56-passenger coach move the full guest list. Most weddings combine two or three classes under one booking and one coordinator.

Do you work with our wedding planner or venue coordinator?

Directly, yes. We build the transportation timeline with your planner — photo buffer, ceremony-to-reception moves, and the end-of-night exit — and share chauffeur names and vehicle details the week before.

Is there time built in for photos?

Always. We pad the schedule for photos at the venue or a second location, and your chauffeur stays with the vehicle so touch-ups, water and a quiet minute are on hand between shots.

What does wedding transportation cost?

Pricing depends on vehicles, hours and the number of routes, and most weddings carry an hourly minimum on peak Saturdays. You receive one written, all-in quote covering every vehicle and route — gratuity itemised, no day-of surprises.
