Everything below is dispatched from our Pleasanton base, which is why a Tri-Valley pickup does not wait on a vehicle crossing the bay. We only list vehicle classes we operate, and your quote always names the exact class and seated capacity we will send.
By capacity
1–3 passengers
Mercedes-Benz S-Class class of vehicle. Quiet cabin, phone charging, bottled water and trunk room for two large cases. The default choice for a solo traveller or a couple heading to SFO.
Best for
4–6 passengers
Full-size SUV with room for four to six passengers and their bags. Easier entry and exit in business attire, and the sensible upgrade when a sedan would be a squeeze.
Best for
10–14 passengers
Executive Sprinter with facing leather seating, climate control and luggage space. Keeps a group of a dozen together instead of splitting across three cars, and fits winery and hotel access lanes.

12–30 passengers
Perimeter leather seating, LED lighting, premium sound and coolers on request. Alcohol permitted for passengers 21 and over where the booking allows it; the chauffeur is always driving.
Best for
25–38 passengers
Grech and Freightliner executive shuttles. The workhorse for repeat loops — hotel to venue, parking lot to office, BART to campus — where a full coach is more vehicle than the route needs.

Up to 56 passengers
Full-size coach with reclining seats, under-floor luggage bays and PA. The lowest cost per seat for moving a large group a long way in one movement.

We operate ADA lift-equipped, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and our drivers hold current SPAB certification with CHP-inspected buses. Accessible vehicles are assigned case by case for your date, so call dispatch at 925-401-7555 and we will give you a straight answer rather than a claim we cannot document. Yes. Your written quote names the vehicle class and its seated capacity, and that is what we dispatch. If a mechanical issue forces a change we tell you before the pickup, not at the curb.
Yes. We operate ADA lift-equipped, wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Because accessible vehicles are assigned case by case, call dispatch at 925-401-7555 with your date and we will confirm the right vehicle in writing before you book.
A sedan takes roughly two large cases plus carry-ons, an SUV four to six, a Sprinter comfortably more, and a full-size motorcoach has under-floor bays for a whole group. Tell us the luggage count with the passenger count and we will size accordingly.
On party buses and limo vehicles, for passengers 21 and over, where the booking permits it. The chauffeur is always driving and never drinks, and we do not allow alcohol on student or school transportation.
The fleet is maintained on a regular service schedule and operated under CPUC TCP 30133A with commercial liability insurance. Certificates are available for corporate and school vendor files.
